We build the capacity of local stakeholders to lease, acquire and retain assets for the benefit of the community focusing on the under-represented.

Case Studies

  • Picture Palace Brent- BANG EDUTAINMENT

Supporting local grass roots organisation BANG through the tender process with London Borough of Brent to secure the Picture Palace as an asset for Picture Palace will galvanise young people and bridge the gap between young people and their local community while also increasing the engagement of residents and visitors of Harlesden and Brent.

  • Old Baths Hackney Wick

The team at Stour Trust were involved in the bid to secure Hackney Wick and Fish Island as a Creative Enterprise Zone. As part of the objectives, we supported local creative organisations in their bid to secure the Old Baths as a community space and affordable studios for artists

  • Grow it.

We support black and minority ethnic community led organisations to secure assets, buildings, leases or spaces. We help navigate the sometimes complex world of planning, consultations, lease negotiations, local plans, sec.106 and community rights to bid.
